Yes. Group tutorial is very beneficial for the following reasons:

To enable our students to benefit the most, our groups have an average of 5 students. Sometimes we split groups that have fewer than that amount of students if we notice that the students are performing at different levels.
At Unico Tutoring we focus on motivating students by incorporating fun, passion for learning, and critical thinking into our teaching materials. The amount of time it takes for each student to develop the skills necessary varies according to their previous educational experience. Usually students begin to show improvement after a few sessions with our qualified tutors. We have many students who have shown improvement just after a couple of sessions.
At Unico Tutoring our goal is to create independent thinkers who will be able to analyse information, engage in meaningful dialogue, and solve problems on their own. Depending on the level of the student, this may take anywhere from a term to a year.
Yes. Usually students get just enough to consolidate what we teach in class. We do not encourage overloading students with lots of homework.
Yes. We offer complimentary homework help sessions to help students with their homework – this means less stress for the parents.
Unico Tutoring is Sydney’s only research based centre. We focus on teaching for understanding, and we NEVER give up on any child! We offer group sessions with small capped numbers (average of 5 students) as well as one-on-one tutoring sessions. We publish and utilise our own educational materials written by qualified teachers with many years of experience. These materials are designed to enhance the topics that the students are learning at school, and which encompass cutting edge research in psychology and academic learning strategies, such as context effects and Cognitive Load Theory.
